Boulder Terror Attack 2025: Targeted Firebombing Leaves 6 Injured in Colorado

Boulder Terror Attack 2025: Targeted Assault Injures 6 in Colorado

On June 1, 2025, a terrifying terrorist attack took place at the Pearl Street Mall in Boulder, Colorado. The incident occurred during a peaceful march organized by the group “Run for Their Lives,” advocating for the release of Israeli hostages held in Gaza.

The attacker, identified as Mohamed Sabry Soliman, reportedly threw Molotov cocktails at the marchers while shouting slogans such as “Free Palestine” and “End Zionists.” At least six people were injured in the attack, including one woman who suffered severe burns.

The FBI has classified the attack as a “targeted terror incident”, stating it was ideologically motivated. Boulder police immediately secured the area, deployed bomb squads and K9 units, and launched an active investigation in coordination with federal authorities.

Colorado Governor Jared Polis strongly condemned the attack, calling it “an act of hatred designed to terrorize a peaceful community.” FBI Director Kash Patel stated that this was not a random act but a calculated attempt to inflict harm based on ideology.

This incident highlights rising tensions in the U.S. related to the Israeli-Palestinian conflict and growing concerns about antisemitic violence. Authorities have urged the public to remain calm while investigations continue.
